I believe that being a good attorney begins with being honest. The role of an attorney is to advise, counsel, and be objective, and objectiveness can be what’s missing most of all in the modern practice of law. Besides honesty, I also believe being an attorney means being a problem solver by determining the most efficient means to advise you of your rights, your property, and your best interests to augment your decision-making process.
I have had the pleasure of working besides individuals and companies alike. As a real estate attorney, I seek to guide buyers and sellers through the process of purchasing or selling their home or business and those seeking to enforce or protect their rights in lawsuits. Having represented people selling their properties out of Estates, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and dual purchases-sales, I have experience in providing diligent and competent representation for whatever needs you may be facing.
I also handle probate and estate administration, handling all aspects of estate planning, administration, inheritance taxes, and litigation, as well as other matters in the Superior Court, the Law Division, and the Special Civil Part. I have trial and motion practice experience from beginning to end for clients ranging from individuals, estates, and even business entities. Furthermore, I have even been appointed by the Court as counsel.
