Mission
My goal as a lawyer is to provide confident counsel to each client. The role of an attorney is threefold: (1) advise you of the law and present options, (2) provide objective advice, and (3) act as your attorney-in-fact when needed. The second item is where I find my purpose as a professional. I may not take your case, but I will let you know - I will not waste your time. I may not be best situated to handle your case, but I may refer you to someone who is. Having handled hundreds of real estate transactions from every side and probated countless estates, I am in a position to offer you clear, concise advice.
I have worked with people, businesses, and estates. My approach is generally the same: meet you where you are. Not everyone has the same goals, not every case has the same strategy, but every client gets the same respect and diligence.
I have appeared and worked cases in counties all across the state, from Hudson, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, Sussex, Warren, Middlesex, Union, Monmouth, and Ocean. If you are looking for a real estate attorney to handle your closing, a probate or guardianship attorney to guide you through the probate or guardianship estate administration, an estate planning lawyer to help you create a plan that fits your needs, or someone to litigate your case, I am available in your city.
